🔹 Diploma Trainee & Graduate Operational Trainee:
Selection based on:
- Written Test / Computer Based Test
- Psychometric Test / Group Discussion / Personal Interview (if applicable)

💵 Pay & Allowances
Management Trainee (MT)
- Training Period: 1 Year
- Stipend: ₹40,000/- + DA per month
- After successful training → Absorption as Assistant Superintendent / Assistant Manager at E1 Grade (₹40,000 – 1,40,000/-).
Diploma Trainee (DT)
- Training Period: 1 Year
- Stipend: ₹29,990/- + DA per month
- After successful training → Absorption as Assistant Foreman at Tradesman-E Grade (₹29,990 – 46,720/-).
Graduate Operational Trainee (GOT)
- Training Period: 2 Years
- Stipend: 1st Year – ₹29,990/- + DA, 2nd Year – ₹30,890/- + DA
- After successful training → Absorption as Assistant Foreman at Tradesman-E Grade.
Other Benefits during training:
