🎯 Selection Process for UCIL Recruitment 2025
🔹 Management Trainee(Engineering):
- Selection based on GATE-2025 Score.
Disciplines Covered:
- Computer Engineering (EDP) → GATE Code CS
- Electrical Engineering → GATE Code EE
- Mining Engineering → GATE Code MN
- Mechanical Engineering → GATE Code ME
- Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering → GATE Code CH / MT
Final Merit List = 80% GATE-2025 Score + 20% Personal Interview.
🔹 Management Trainee (Personnel / HR):
Selection through UGC-NET June 2025 (Subject Code 55 – HRM).
Final Merit List = 80% UGC-NET Score + 20% Personal Interview.
🔹 Diploma Trainee & Graduate Operational Trainee:
Selection based on:
- Written Test / Computer Based Test
- Psychometric Test / Group Discussion / Personal Interview (if applicable)
- UCIL reserves the right to decide exact mode of selection.
💵 Pay & Allowances
Management Trainee (MT)
- Training Period: 1 Year
- Stipend: ₹40,000/- + DA per month
- After successful training → Absorption as Assistant Superintendent / Assistant Manager at E1 Grade (₹40,000 – 1,40,000/-).
Diploma Trainee (DT)
- Training Period: 1 Year
- Stipend: ₹29,990/- + DA per month
- After successful training → Absorption as Assistant Foreman at Tradesman-E Grade (₹29,990 – 46,720/-).
Graduate Operational Trainee (GOT)
- Training Period: 2 Years
- Stipend: 1st Year – ₹29,990/- + DA, 2nd Year – ₹30,890/- + DA
- After successful training → Absorption as Assistant Foreman at Tradesman-E Grade.
Other Benefits during training:
Subsidized Residential Accommodation (subject to availability)
Medical Facility (for self only)
After absorption: DA, Basic Pay, Perks & Allowances, PF, Gratuity, Subsidized Education, Medical Facilities, etc.
Bond: Candidates selected as “Trainee” will execute a bond to serve UCIL for 4 years after training.
