    🎯 Eligibility – Qualification & Experience (as on 04/03/2026)

    • HR01 Surveyor: Diploma in Surveying / Mining / Civil with valid Surveyor Certificate of Competency (as per CMR 2017 Reg. 34(1) & DGMS Notification GSR 428(E)). Minimum 2 years’ experience in Coal Mining Field (post qualification). Annexure-A mandatory.
    • HR02 Electrical Supervisor: ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering AND valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency covering mining installations (CEA Reg.115/2010, CMR 35(1)/2017). No experience required.
    • HR03 Civil Engineer: Bachelor of Civil Engineering from recognised University/Institute. Minimum 03 years’ field experience (post qualification). Preference: Land acquisition related experience; candidates domiciled in Chhattisgarh.

    Note: Experience means post qualification experience acquired after possessing essential qualification.

    Selection Process & Written Test

    • Selection will be based on performance in an online Written Test (CBT), followed by document verification for shortlisted candidates.
    • Qualifying marks (aggregate in CBT) for shortlisting:

    Compensation & Service Bond

    Selected candidates will be placed at the initial basic pay in the scale: ₹30,000 - 3% - 1,20,000.

    Service Agreement Bond: Appointees must serve HCL for a minimum of 3 years. A service agreement bond of ₹3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakh) will be executed at joining; candidates leaving before 3 years will be liable to deposit the bond amount.
