    Selection Process & Written Test

    • Selection will be based on performance in an online Written Test (CBT), followed by document verification for shortlisted candidates.
    • Qualifying marks (aggregate in CBT) for shortlisting:
      • General / OBC: 30%
      • SC / ST / PwBD: 20%
    • Written Test centres (tentative) include: Bengaluru, Raipur, Bhopal, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi. HCL may add / remove centres based on response & feasibility.

    Compensation & Service Bond

    Selected candidates will be placed at the initial basic pay in the scale: ₹30,000 - 3% - 1,20,000.

    Service Agreement Bond: Appointees must serve HCL for a minimum of 3 years. A service agreement bond of ₹3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakh) will be executed at joining; candidates leaving before 3 years will be liable to deposit the bond amount.
