    6. Experience Requirement

    Candidates must possess a minimum of three (03) years of post-qualification experience as an Overman in Open Cast Coal Mines.

    7. Age Limit

    The maximum age limit shall not exceed 55 years as on the closing date of the online application. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

    8. Contractual Terms & Conditions

    • Initial engagement for a period of five (05) years.
    • Extension up to two (02) additional years based on annual performance review.
    • No entitlement to regular or permanent absorption in DVC.
    • Accommodation may be provided subject to availability (HRA not admissible).
    • Medical facilities available only at DVC hospitals without reimbursement.
    • Employee Provident Fund (EPF) provisions applicable as per statutory rules.
    • Contract may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice.

    9. Selection Procedure

    Selection shall be carried out through Interview and/or Skill Test. DVC reserves the right to conduct additional screening or trade tests, if required.
