Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Manager (Mines) 06 Posts
- Degree in Mining Engineering from a Government or recognized educational institution.
- Minimum 60% marks.
- First Class Manager's Competency Certificate (Restricted) issued by DGMS under MMR 1961.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanised/semi-mechanised metal mines.
- Preference to candidates with experience as Mine Manager.
2. Assistant Geologist 02 Posts
- Postgraduate degree or M.Tech in Geology with minimum 60% marks.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant geological exploration experience.
- Preference for candidates having knowledge of computer software for geological reports, mine modelling, mine planning and GIS.
3. Manager (Mechanical Engineer) 01 Post
- Degree or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanised/semi-mechanised metal mines.
- Preference for candidates having experience as Manager (Mechanical).
4. Manager (Electrical Engineer) 01 Post
- Degree or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanised/semi-mechanised metal mines.
- Preference for candidates having experience as Manager (Electrical).
5. Assistant Manager (Mines) 09 Posts
- Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 60% marks.
- Second Class Manager's Competency Certificate (Restricted) issued by DGMS under MMR 1961.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanised/semi-mechanised metal mines.
- Preference for candidates having experience as Mine Manager.
6. Assistant Manager (Marketing) 01 Post
- M.Com or MBA with minimum 60% marks.
- Preference to candidates having BBA qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mineral sales-related work in Government, Public Sector Undertaking or Private Sector.
7. Junior Foreman 06 Posts
- Diploma in Mining Engineering from a Government or recognized institution.
- Foreman Competency Certificate (Restricted) issued by DGMS.
8. Mining Mate 10 Posts
- Diploma in Mining / Mining and Mine Surveying.
- Mining Mate Competency Certificate (Restricted) issued by DGMS.
- Preference to candidates with experience in mechanised/semi-mechanised mines.
9. Blaster 06 Posts
- Passed Higher Secondary examination.
- Blaster Certificate (Restricted) issued by DGMS.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanised/semi-mechanised mines.
10. Mate Helper 02 Posts
- Passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mine-related work in any Government or Private institution.

Selection Process
According to the recruitment advertisement, the selection process may include:
