Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL Junior Manager Recruitment 2025) invites online applications from Indian nationals for appointment to the post of Junior Manager (E0 Grade) across multiple disciplines / cadres. PwBD Reservation (Key Points)

Eligibility — Qualification & Experience (Summary)

Work experience must be full-time and post-qualification. Training/Internships/Academic projects are not counted as experience. HCL’s decision on relevant experience is final.

Selection Process & Written Test

• Selection will be based on performance in an online Written Test (CBT), followed by document verification for shortlisted candidates.
• Qualifying marks (aggregate in CBT) for shortlisting:
  • General / OBC: 30%
  • SC / ST / PwBD: 20%
• Written Test centres (tentative) include: Bengaluru, Raipur, Bhopal, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi. HCL may add / remove centres based on response & feasibility.
• Call letters and exam details (syllabus, date) will be communicated later via the registered account / email.

Compensation & Service Bond

Selected candidates will be placed at the initial basic pay in the scale: ₹30,000 - 3% - 1,20,000.

Application Fee

Application processing fee: ₹500 (non-refundable) for General, OBC & EWS candidates. All other categories (SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen, etc.) are exempted from fee. Payment to be made online via the HCL payment gateway / NEFT as provided on the website.

Documents Required for Verification (Originals & Self-attested Copies)

Shortlisted candidates must produce originals at Document Verification. Key documents include:

• Date of Birth proof: Xth Standard Passing Certificate or School Leaving Certificate
• XII Standard Passing Certificate
• Mark sheets & final certificate of Diploma / Degree / PG (provisional allowed if final not available)
• Experience certificate(s) proving post-qualification full-time work experience (with job description)
• Caste/category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS) in Govt. prescribed format (OBC certificate must be dated on or after 01.04.2025)
• PwBD certificate (if applicable) issued as per Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates working in Government / PSU / Semi-Govt bodies

If certificates are in a language other than English/Hindi, a self-certified translation into English/Hindi must be submitted.
