Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), Malanjkhand Copper Project, Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh ने Apprentices Act, 1961 के अंतर्गत Trade Apprentices के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। इस भर्ती में 19 अलग-अलग ट्रेडों में कुल 171 सीटें उपलब्ध हैं।

Educational Qualification

  • Mate Mines (Fresher): 10th Pass.
  • Shotfirer / Blaster (Mines): 10th Pass.
  • Driver-cum-Mechanic (LMV): 10th Pass.
  • Sl. No. 4 to 19: संबंधित ट्रेड में ITI पास होना अनिवार्य है।
Important Eligibility Condition: Diploma, B.E. या equivalent जैसी higher professional qualification रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। B.A., B.Sc., B.Com जैसी higher academic qualifications के लिए अतिरिक्त weightage नहीं मिलेगा।

Age Limit & Relaxation

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 25 Years
  • SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years Relaxation
  • OBC Candidates: 3 Years Relaxation
  • Age Cut-off Date: 01 November 2026

Special Rule for ITI Candidates

जिन उम्मीदवारों ने ITI वर्ष 2025 या उससे पहले पास की है, उन्हें Non-Judicial Stamp Paper पर Magistrate या Notary Public के समक्ष sworn affidavit देना होगा। इसमें यह घोषित करना होगा कि उन्होंने पहले कहीं Apprenticeship Training नहीं की है और न ही कहीं Employment लिया है।

Selection Process & Merit Calculation

उम्मीदवारों का चयन 10th और ITI में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर Merit List द्वारा किया जाएगा।

70%10th Board Marks
30%Relevant ITI Marks
  • ITI वाले ट्रेडों में 10th Marks को 70% Weightage मिलेगा।
  • संबंधित ट्रेड के ITI Marks को 30% Weightage मिलेगा।
  • Mate Mines और Blaster Mines जैसे ट्रेडों में, जहां ITI आवश्यक नहीं है, 10th Marks को 100% Weightage मिलेगा।
  • समान Merit होने पर अधिक आयु वाले उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
  • Final engagement Medical Fitness पर निर्भर करेगा।

Apprenticeship Training Duration & Stipend

Training Duration ट्रेड के अनुसार 1 वर्ष से 3 वर्ष तक है। Driver-cum-Mechanic (LMV) के लिए अवधि 1 वर्ष 3 महीने है।

Stipend: Official Notification में stipend को “As admissible under the rules” बताया गया है। Notification में कोई निश्चित रुपये की राशि नहीं दी गई है।

How to Apply Online – आवेदन प्रक्रिया

इस भर्ती में आवेदन करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को दो अनिवार्य चरण पूरे करने होंगे।

STEP 1 – Apprenticeship Portal Registration

  1. Apprenticeship India Portal खोलें।
  2. Candidate Registration / Profile बनाएं।
  3. Establishment Search में Hindustan Copper Limited – Malanjkhand Copper Project चुनें।
  4. अपना Registration Number प्राप्त करें।
  5. Profile में Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Date of Birth और Aadhaar details सही भरें।
  6. Profile 100% Aadhaar Verified होनी चाहिए।
  7. Bank Account और eKYC Update रखें।
  8. अपनी Qualification के अनुसार HCL की संबंधित Trade Opportunity में Apply करें।
  9. Applied Copy का Print सुरक्षित रखें।

  6. Required Documents Upload करें।
  7. Application Submit करके Print निकाल लें।

नहीं। Official Notification के अनुसार यह अवसर केवल Training और Employability सुधारने के लिए है। Apprenticeship पूरी होने के बाद HCL/MCP में रोजगार की कोई गारंटी नहीं है और उम्मीदवार केवल Training पूरी करने के आधार पर Employment का दावा नहीं कर सकता।
