- General (UR): Max 32 years
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- SC / ST: +5 years

- EC / WBPDCL Employees / MDO workers: Up to 45 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per GoI norms (deduction of service period).
Important Instructions
Engagement will be purely contractual for 3 years (renewable annually based on performance).
Age, qualification & experience will be verified at the time of interview.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.

🎓 Selection Process for WBPDCL Recruitment 2025
Personal Interview (100% Weightage) – to be held in Kolkata
Final Merit List will be prepared based on interview scores.
In case of tie, older candidate (by DOB) will be placed higher in merit.
