Payments and Refund Policy

This Payments and Refund Policy governs the payment terms and refund conditions for the services provided by Magical Mining on https://magicalmining.in. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for our services:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallet Payments

  • NEFT/IMPS Transfers

All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your payment details.

2. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect existing orders.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once payment is made:

  • Resume Writing Services (Basic, Standard, Premium)

  • Paid Job Seekers Section (Premium Job Listings, Direct HR Access, Subscription Plans)

  • Career Consultation & Guidance Sessions

Once a service has been delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service, we will process a refund for the extra charge.

  • Service Not Delivered: If the service is not provided within the agreed timeline due to our fault, you may request a refund.

  • Technical Issues: If payment is deducted but the service is not activated due to a technical error, we will verify and process a refund.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email MagicalMiningConsultancy@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Transaction ID

  • Payment Receipt

  • Reason for Refund

Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

  • You can cancel a subscription-based service at any time before renewal. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the payment has been processed.

  • Cancellations for one-time services (e.g., resume writing, consultation) are not permitted once work has started.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you face any issues with payments or refunds, contact our support team at MagicalMiningConsultancy@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Indian consumer protection laws.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
