MOIL Limited (Manganese Ore India Limited) is a Schedule ‘A’ Miniratna Category-I PSU under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India. It is the largest producer of manganese ore in India, operating mines in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. MOIL plans to expand production capacity to 3.0 million tonnes by 2030.

🎓 Educational Qualification
- GT (Mining): B.E/B.Tech in Mining Engineering (Minimum 60%)
- GT (Mechanical): B.E/B.Tech Mechanical
- GT (Electrical): Electrical / Electronics / Power Engineering
- GT (Chemical): Chemical Engineering
- MT (Geology): PG in Geology / Applied Geology
- MT (Systems): BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA
- MT (Personnel/Welfare): MSW / MBA (HR) / IRPM
- Manager (Survey): Graduate + Surveyor Certificate (Unrestricted)
Minimum Marks: 60% for UR/OBC/EWS & 55% for SC/ST (where applicable).
🎯 Selection Process
Stage 1: Computer Based Online Test (CBT)
- Duration: 90 Minutes
- Total Marks: 85
- General Knowledge – 10
- Reasoning – 10
- English – 10
- Subject Knowledge – 55
Qualifying Marks:
- UR/EWS – 50% in each section
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD – 40% in each section
Stage 2: Personal Interview
- Total Marks: 15
- Shortlisting Ratio: 1:6
Final Merit: CBT + Interview Marks
💰 Salary & Pay Scale
Graduate Trainee / Management Trainee:
- Training Period: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-01 Grade)
- After Training: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-02 Grade)
Manager (Survey): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-02 Grade)
Additional benefits include DA, HRA, Medical, PF, Gratuity, Insurance & Performance Related Pay (PRP).
