📋 Key Responsibilities

✅ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
✅ Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, L&D, succession planning, and retention.
✅ Compliance & Operations: Ensure 100% statutory compliance (labor laws, DGMS, etc.) and streamline admin functions.
✅ Employee Relations: Foster a culture of engagement, safety, and high performance.
✅ Policy Design: Implement progressive HR policies for industrial/mining environments.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite to drive organizational development.


🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (PhD/advanced certs preferred).

  • 15+ years in HR leadership, with 5+ years in mining/industrial sectors.

  • Expertise in:

    • Industrial labor laws, DGMS compliance, and mine safety regulations.

    • Talent acquisition for technical/operational roles.

    • HRIS, payroll systems, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven success in change management and scaling HR functions.

  • Strong negotiation, crisis-management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
